-Rasuallah (saw) became the leaders of all leaders due to following the Quran
-Rasuallah (saw) was not a harsh-hearted person-Islam Defended by the sword
-The sword is mentioned 200+ in the Bible
-Islam spread because of the great leaders

-A man wanted to kill the Prophet (saw). Umar (RA) tied him up and threw him in the masjid. The Prophet (saw) came and said, 1st to untie the man. Umar (RA) was very angry at this but did it anyway. Then the Prophet (saw) then asked to go to his house and bring milk for the man and then told him to drink. The man drank the milk. Then the Prophet told him to say "La illaha illa allah". The man said "no" so then the Prophet (saw) said "Ok, go away you are a free man" The man started walking away but then walked back and took the shahada. The Prophet (saw) asked the man how come he didn't take the shahada when he asked him. The man replied "I didn't want people to think that I did it under fear" he also added "I came to Madinah hating you. But now I love you the most"

-The difference between you and a leader is the leader got a chance

-What can I do to bring me closer to Allah?

-The Sahabas were great leaders because they were so close to Allah (swt)
-Islam is like a delicious dish that looks good, tastes good, and smells good. Until someone puts a roach on it. Our job is to take the roach off.

-As a leader our job is to invite and Allah (swt) does the rest.
-A leader should know what is right. Not do what is right but KNOW what is right
-You have to bring the best among you.
-As a leader imagine that you are on top.
-The greatest weapon for a leader is REPENTANCE

"A listener is much greater than a speaker"

Humbleness in Being A Leader
